Pricing

Currently all prices are in Canadian Dollars

Ordering & Payment

We accept major credit cards, pay pal and google pay through our website. We do not accept personal checks.

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to NY State (4%) and additional county or city sales taxes in NY State are applicable.

Orders may be cancelled with in 24 hours of placing the order.  Please contact us at customerservice@distircthome.com

Our payments are processed by Shopify which features SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. On the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment an icon resembling a padlock is displayed. We do not keep your credit card information on file.

. In stock items typically ship within 5 business days.

. Special Order Items . Estimated delivery time and shipping rate will be advised within 3 business days of order or inquiry.

. Wallcovering typically ships within 7-10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Canadian Orders will ship via Canpar (excluding special orders & large items)

US Orders will ship via UPS (excluding special orders & large items)

Items marked as ***special order*** will ship via special handling and quote for freight will be provided.

For Special Order items we offer 2 levels of delivery service:

THRESHOLD . The delivery company will bring the item to your front door, or the lobby of an apartment or condo, at your scheduled appointment time.

WHITE GLOVE . The delivery company will bring the item to the room of choice, unbox it and complete any necessary assembly, at your scheduled appointment time.

***Please note that not all special-order items are available for white glove service. Our customer service team will advise the delivery options available at the time they provide a price for
shipping.

We cannot ship to a post office box number address.

All wallcovering sample orders are shipped free of charge.

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

We inspect and pack
our products with care in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect
condition. If by chance damage does occur, please contact us within 5 business
days of receipt of order via email at customerservice@districthome.com
to arrange for a replacement. Please keep the original item and all packing
material. Photos of the damage are extremely helpful.We will replace the item at no additional
shipping cost.

***WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY – Inspect your item thoroughly prior to the
delivery company leaving your premises. Any damage must be reported on the
delivery company paperwork and notify customerservice@districthome.com right away.

At District Home we stand behind our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience.  Please read our return policy.  Please contact customerservice@districthome.com for a return authorization and instructions.

Items Eligible for Return:

Regular-priced items that are in stock, and wallcovering in original packaging, can be returned for a refund, less shipping fees, and a 20% restocking fee.

All item(s) must be returned / exchanged within 14 days of the receipt of the item(s).

Any product accepted for return must be in original and unused condition (item and packaging). 

Items that cannot be Returned:

All special order and non-stocking items, samples and open rolls of wallpaper may not be returned.

Sale and clearance merchandise: Items discounted more than 20%.

You may not cancel or return a special or non-stocking order.

Details: 

Returns will be credited using the original method of payment. DH will not be liable for any labour or other expenses of any kind or nature incurred in connection with the sale, installation, use, or replacement of any defective product or parts. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable after your delivery and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to our warehouse/store.
