Wool is a natural and comfortable fabric. To ensure wool stays durable, there are a few important things to consider. Excess fibers do not affect the life of the fabric. Simply brush them off with a soft clothes brush, using short strokes in one direction. Regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment removes dust and reduces the need for professional cleaning. Do not use a vacuum attachment with a rotary brush. Brushing may permanently damage the nap or change the appearance of the fabric. When cleaning spots, immediately soak up the stain with a soft absorbent cloth. The longer a stain is allowed to remain on the fabric, the more difficult it is to remove. Do not dry the stain completely or it may set. Do not use excessive water or liquid solutions on fabric. Excessive wetting and saturation may result in permanent damage to the material.
